These terms cover SUN Stream for Android and Android TV, SUN Stream Host for Windows, and SUN Android DX, provided by PT Sadavir Utama Nusamedia.

Application scope and open-source rights

Android purchases and advertising apply only to the Android features offered through Google Play. Windows Host provides PC streaming; SUN Android DX provides authorized access to an Android device from Windows. Features and entitlements are not automatically interchangeable between applications.

The existing product terms below apply subject to the licenses governing the software you receive. SUN Stream source in this distribution is provided under GNU GPL version 3. Restrictions on copying, modification, redistribution or reverse engineering below do not limit rights granted by the GPL or other applicable open-source licenses. No account, product key or subscription is required merely because a generic clause below refers to one; the actual offer and applicable software license control.

By installing, accessing, or using SUN Stream, you agree to use the software in accordance with these terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

SUN Stream is provided as software for device connectivity, screen streaming, remote control, media streaming, and related functionality across supported devices and platforms.

License to Use

SUN Stream grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use the software for personal or authorized business purposes, subject to the applicable license or subscription associated with your account or product key.

You may not:

copy, resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or redistribute SUN Stream except where expressly permitted;
circumvent licensing, activation, subscription, usage limits, or security mechanisms;
modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract proprietary source code except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law;
use SUN Stream to access or control devices, systems, accounts, or data without authorization;
use SUN Stream for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized activities.

Device and Network Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that you have permission to access, stream from, control, or connect to any device used with SUN Stream.

Performance may depend on factors including:

device hardware;
operating system;
graphics hardware and drivers;
network quality;
Wi-Fi or Ethernet performance;
codec support;
display capabilities; and
third-party software or services.

SUN Stream does not guarantee that every feature will operate on every device or configuration.

Third-Party Platforms and Software

SUN Stream may interoperate with third-party operating systems, software, drivers, services, libraries, or platforms.

Third-party names, trademarks, logos, icons, and software remain the property of their respective owners.

SUN Stream is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially associated with Microsoft, Apple, Google, Valve, Linux developers, hardware manufacturers, or other third-party platform owners unless expressly stated.

Third-party software included with SUN Stream remains subject to its respective license terms.

Streaming and Content

SUN Stream provides technology for transmitting or displaying content between devices.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and authorization to access, display, stream, record, transmit, or otherwise use any content through SUN Stream.

SUN Stream does not grant rights to third-party games, media, applications, copyrighted works, or other content.

Software Updates

SUN Stream may receive updates containing:

security improvements;
bug fixes;
compatibility updates;
performance improvements;
new features;
changes to existing features; or
removal of functionality that is obsolete, insecure, or no longer supported.

Certain updates may be required to maintain compatibility, security, licensing, or continued access to particular features.

Purchases and Licenses

Certain SUN Stream features may require a paid license, subscription, in-app purchase, or other entitlement.

Pricing, payment processing, refund policies, taxes, renewal terms, and applicable store policies may vary depending on the platform or marketplace through which SUN Stream was purchased.

Licenses may be subject to device, account, activation, or usage limits as described at the time of purchase.

Availability

SUN Stream may change, suspend, discontinue, or replace features where reasonably necessary for security, technical, legal, compatibility, or operational reasons.

Availability of particular features may vary by platform, country, device, hardware capability, or software version.

Disclaimer

SUN Stream is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.

While reasonable efforts are made to provide reliable and secure software, no software or network-based system can be guaranteed to operate without interruption, defects, incompatibilities, data loss, latency, or security risks.

You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups and protecting important data before performing operations that may affect your devices or files.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SUN Stream shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from the use or inability to use the software, including loss of data, loss of revenue, interruption of service, or loss of access to a device.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Privacy

Use of SUN Stream is also subject to the SUN Stream Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains how information may be collected, processed, stored, transmitted, or protected when using SUN Stream.

Open-Source and Third-Party Licenses

SUN Stream incorporates or interacts with certain open-source and third-party technologies.

Where a third-party license grants rights that differ from these terms, the applicable third-party license governs that particular component.

Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time to reflect changes to SUN Stream, applicable laws, security requirements, licensing arrangements, or supported services.

Continued use of SUN Stream after updated terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms where permitted by applicable law.

Acceptance

By continuing to install or use SUN Stream, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms.

If you do not agree with these terms, you should not install or continue using SUN Stream.
