Components are listed by the application that uses them. A component's inclusion does not imply endorsement by its authors. The shipped license notices govern each component; interoperability with a product does not mean that product is bundled.

SUN Stream — Android & Android TV

AndroidX / Jetpack Compose, Kotlin coroutines, OkHttp and JCodec support the interface, networking and media features. Dependency versions are recorded in the Android build files in the source distribution.
Moonlight Android USB controller code is adapted under GPL version 3. Read the full license. This does not include the Moonlight GameStream engine.
Google Play Billing, Google Mobile Ads and User Messaging Platform provide purchases, advertising and consent. These are Google SDKs with their own service terms, not a claim that all dependencies are open source. Google advertising data disclosures.

SUN Stream Host — Windows

Sunshine-derived encoder, HDR, controller and audio code: GPL version 3, with upstream revision and adaptations identified in the notices.
The Host encoder stack uses FFmpeg 9.0.2 with GPL/version3 enabled and x264. This differs from the separate FFmpeg build used by SUN Android DX.
NVIDIA NVENC headers / NVAPI, AMD AMF, Intel oneVPL, Opus, ViGEmClient and ViGEmBus retain their respective notices and licenses.
The libvirtualhid and lizardbyte-common MIT client code is included where applicable. The proprietary Virtual HID Broker and its driver are obtained and licensed separately.
Steam integration uses an existing Steam installation. Steam Streaming Speakers support uses the locally available Steam driver; the Steam driver is not redistributed by SUN Stream.

SUN Android DX — Windows

The Android access backend uses AOSP-built ADB and scrcpy. Its separate runtime includes FFmpeg 8.1.2 under the documented LGPL configuration, SDL and other dependencies identified in the distribution notices. Do not apply the Host encoder's GPL build configuration to this separate FFmpeg runtime.

Outfit Typeface is used in these pages and applications under the SIL Open Font License 1.1. Read the Outfit license. Lucide icons and other shared assets retain the notices in the Windows package.
